This Policy explains how ECOM ONE LIMITED (“springdev”, “we”, “us”, “our”) delivers digital products and services purchased on https://springdev.online. We do not ship physical goods.

All items offered on springdev are digital:

  • E‑learning: online courses, tutorials, downloadable materials, certificates.
  • Digital services: software/development consulting, implementation, maintenance, support.
    Delivery occurs electronically (e.g., download links, account access, email, secure repository/portal). There is no physical shipping.

3) Delivery methods

After successful checkout (or as agreed for post‑payment service engagements), we deliver via one or more of:

  • Direct download link on the confirmation page;
  • Email with access instructions or download link;
  • Account access to our learning platform;
  • Secure link/repository/workspace for service deliverables.

4) Delivery timeframes

Instant digital products (e‑learning, downloads):

  • Access is immediate once payment is confirmed.
  • A confirmation email with your access/download link typically arrives within minutes.

Custom or project‑based services:

  • We acknowledge your order within 1 business day.
  • We share a project plan with milestones and estimated delivery dates (commonly 3–10 business days for standard engagements, depending on scope/complexity).
  • Where expressly agreed, post‑payment (invoicing on milestones or after delivery) may apply.

Subscriptions (if offered):

  • Access begins immediately upon activation.

5) Non‑receipt of digital goods

If you have not received your access or download link within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your inbox and spam/junk folders;
  2. Verify that payment succeeded;
  3. Contact info@springdev.online.
    We guarantee delivery and will re‑send or restore access free of charge.

6) Delivery delays

Digital delivery is normally instant. Delays may occur due to:

  • Temporary technical issues (e.g., email/provider delays, server maintenance);
  • Payment verification/processing;
  • Incorrect email details provided.
    If a delay occurs, we notify you promptly and provide replacement access or an instant refund per our Refunds & Returns Policy.

7) Failed or expired downloads / lost access

If your download link expires or you lose access to your content, email info@springdev.online. We will verify your purchase and issue a new link or restore access at no extra cost.

8) Service delivery confirmation & proof of delivery

For e‑learning, proof of delivery is the activation of access and our confirmation email.
For services, proof of delivery is the handover of agreed artefacts (e.g., code, documentation, reports) via email or secure workspace and/or our milestone sign‑off message.

9) Geographic availability & regional payment methods

Our digital services are available worldwide, except where restricted by law or sanctions. Some payment methods are region‑specific (e.g., Bancontact primarily for Belgium). All e‑learning and service deliverables are digital.

10) Bancontact & payment processing

We process payments securely via our payment service provider(s) (e.g., Airwallex).

  • Access timing: For Bancontact, access is granted when the PSP confirms payment.
  • Refunds: Technical refunds to Bancontact are possible up to 365 days from the original transaction.
  • No chargebacks: Bancontact does not provide a chargeback mechanism; please contact us directly for immediate assistance — we will resolve with refund or re‑delivery.

11) Taxes, invoices & receipts

Invoices/receipts are provided electronically. Taxes/VAT are displayed at checkout where applicable.

12) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. The current version is available at https://springdev.online/delivery and is effective on the date shown above.
