- Digital products (e‑learning courses, tutorials, downloadable materials, certificates).
- Digital services (development/consulting, implementation, maintenance).
- We do not ship physical goods; returns mean revoking access or cancelling services.
3) Our 14‑day no‑questions‑asked refund
- Eligibility window: within 14 days from purchase.
- No reason required: email info@springdev.online and include your order number.
- Used digital content included: refunds apply even if you have downloaded materials, accessed lessons, or started using the service.
- Services already started: we ordinarily issue a full refund within 14 days, even if initial work has begun. Where a full refund is not feasible (e.g., at your explicit request we completed substantial bespoke work within the 14‑day window), we will still offer the most customer‑friendly remedy possible (e.g., full or pro‑rata refund at your choice).
- After 14 days: contact us — we will consider goodwill refunds case‑by‑case.

4) How to request a refund (step‑by‑step)
- Email info@springdev.online with subject “Refund Request” and your order ID.
- If you prefer, tell us whether you want a refund or alternative remedy (e.g., re‑delivery, course credit).

- We refund via the same payment method used originally, unless you ask otherwise.

5) Bancontact & payment‑method specifics
- Bancontact refunds: technical refunds are possible up to 365 days from the original transaction.
- No chargebacks via Bancontact: because the scheme does not provide a chargeback process, please contact us directly — we will resolve your issue immediately (refund or re‑delivery).
- Other methods: card and alternative payments are refunded back to the original method whenever possible.
- No fees: we never charge administrative or processing fees for refunds.
6) Subscriptions or staged services (if applicable)
- You may cancel at any time; if you cancel within 14 days of purchase/renewal, we provide a full refund.
