2. Scope & Definitions
These Terms apply to all quotations, orders, agreements, and deliveries of digital services and e‑learning provided via the Website. Deviations are valid only if expressly agreed in writing.
Digital services include (without limitation) software and development services (consulting, implementation, maintenance). E‑learning includes courses, tutorials, downloadable materials, and access to online learning environments.
3. Services & Delivery
- E‑learning (immediate delivery): Upon successful payment you receive instant access (download link, account access, or emailed instructions).
- Services (project‑based): We acknowledge orders within 1 business day and deliver according to the agreed timeline. Where contractually agreed, post‑payment (invoice after delivery milestones) may be available for services.
All deliveries are digital; no physical shipping is involved.
4. Pricing, Currency & Payment
- Prices are displayed in EUR (€) (unless stated otherwise) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is generally required before delivery, except where expressly agreed otherwise for services (post‑payment).
- Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards, Bancontact (for Belgian customers), and other methods listed at checkout. Payments are processed securely via our payment service provider(s), including Airwallex.
- Bancontact transactions are settled in EUR; availability is region‑specific.
Invoices & receipts are provided electronically.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EEA Consumers) — Our Extra‑Lenient Policy
We operate a no‑questions‑asked 14‑day refund for EEA consumers on online purchases — even for digital products or services that have already been accessed or used.
How to exercise:
Email info@springdev.online within 14 days of purchase with subject Withdrawal Request and your order details. No reason is required.
About statutory exceptions:
EU law provides certain exceptions for digital content delivered immediately with prior consent. We voluntarily waive these exceptions for our customers within the 14‑day period. This merchant policy adds to your statutory rights and does not reduce them.
For services that have not started, cancellation is free. If services have already begun, we ordinarily grant a full refundwithin 14 days as part of our lenient policy; where a full refund is not feasible (e.g., substantial bespoke work completed), we may agree a pro‑rata solution, but our default is to favor the customer.
6. Refunds (including Bancontact‑specifics)
- Fast & fee‑free: Refunds are processed within 14 days of your request, using the same payment method as the original transaction (unless otherwise agreed). No fees are charged for refunds.
- Bancontact: Technical refunds through the Bancontact scheme are possible up to 365 days from the original transaction. Bancontact does not offer a chargeback mechanism; therefore, please contact us directly and we will resolve issues immediately with a refund or replacement access.
Our approach is deliberately more generous than the legal minimums to remove customer risk.
7. Access, Accounts & Fair Use
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must not use the Website unlawfully or infringe third‑party rights. Sharing/reselling access without permission is prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property & Licence
All content, code, materials, designs, logos, and course content on springdev remain the property of ECOM ONE LIMITED or its licensors. You receive a personal, non‑transferable licence to use purchased digital content for your own (non‑commercial) use, unless a separate licence states otherwise.
9. Warranties, Support & Service Levels
We provide services to professional standards. For e‑learning, we aim for reasonable uptime and availability. Need help? Email info@springdev.online; we reply within 1–3 business days.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including data loss or business interruption). Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product/service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law.
11. Fraud & Risk Prevention
To prevent abuse, we may verify transactions (e.g., email confirmation, additional details) and—if fraud is suspected—temporarily restrict access or cancel an order with a refund.
12. Geographic Availability & Sanctions
Our digital products and services are available worldwide, subject to legal restrictions and sanctions regimes. Certain payment methods (such as Bancontact) are region‑specific.
13. Governing Law & Consumer Protection
- EEA Consumers: These Terms apply subject to and in compliance with mandatory EU/EEA consumer protection law.
- All others: In the absence of mandatory consumer law, the laws of Hong Kong apply. Mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected.
We aim to resolve disputes amicably first. Please contact us—our priority is a fast refund or solution.
